Atlas started from an observation repeated across Bengaluru’s tech parks and managed offices: nobody is short of vendors. They are short of one vendor who answers the phone, quotes fairly, delivers on the day promised and bills cleanly. Admin and facility teams were spending more time chasing supplies than running the workplace.
So Atlas was built the other way round — wholesale sourcing at the back, a single point of contact at the front, and one team that stays with an account from the order desk through accounts to storage. The catalogue grew out of what clients kept asking for, and it still grows that way.
